Who is ThriteenEcho73?
Robert Lira Jr., also known by ThirteenEch73," served in the United States Army from 1992 to 1996. Following his active duty service, he joined the California National Guard, where he served from 1996 to 1998. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
